We are the fifth generation of the Hayward family to obtain the finest of English and imported china, gifts, and tableware in the tradition of the founder for sale to their many wholesale customers and for their retail stores at Market Square and Princess Street.

How can I order?

Simply browse through our products, and select the options (color, size, etc) then add them to your basket! Once you have found everything that you are looking for simply click ''My Basket''. If you are not already registered as a customer, you will be asked to provide some basic contact information... choose you method of payment and your order will be shipped directly at your door! Please note in addition to our online store you can place orders by calling toll free at 1-888-653-9066 .

Conditions:

All prices are net and do not include taxes and shipping charges. All orders are subject to acceptance by our sales deparment. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit amounts and quantities of any order. Items may vary from the photograph.

When ordering online, you will need a credit card number. We accept Visa and MasterCard. You can also pay by sending us a money order by mail but the order will only be shipped when we receive your money order.

Shipping:

All in stock orders are shipped on with 5 business days. Subject to availabilty.

Freight:

All freight and shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. From our Saint John, New Brunswick warehouse.

Special order items:

We will special order items for you subject to availabity. Please note that it may take 3 to 6 months for special order items to be manufactured. Please contact customer service for more information.

Pickups:

Orders may be picked up at our Saint John warehouse. Please call customer service to confirm that your order will be ready for the requested time.

Cancelled orders:

Please note that all orders are non-cancellable after they have been shipped and charged to your credit card.

Returns and warranty:

Please note that we do our best to provide the highest quality product in relation to our selling prices. Please note that all of our products are manufactured to the strictest standard.however as most items require a large amount of craftsperson imput, so you may find minor imperfections. These small imperfections are normal and add character to your keepsake.
