We occupy a 35,000sq ft. landmark building originally built in 1877 after the Great Fire of Saint John.

In Saint John we employ over 40 staff who work in our retail stores, administration and distribution center. Retail Operations Our retail stores are located in our building on Princess Street and at Market Square under the names, WH Hayward Co., Tackles, and Simply Cottage. These  retail operations provide the Saint John consumers with the best in consumer gifts suitable for all occasions. We proudly offer items of Tabletop, Souvenir,  Nautical  Novelty, Souvenir Apparel and Home Décor categories. Quality brands such as Royal Doulton, Denby, Dept 56 and Emile Henri are but a few fine products you will find in our stores.   Distribution Services Our distribution division is considered professional and courteous and is frequently praised by our customers. We employ experienced sales representatives who serve the needs of store owners across Canada.   In Marketing to store operators we utilize Gift Shows, Fixed Showrooms, Direct Sales Rep contact, Direct Mail and a Web based e-commerce catalog, to expose our Products to the Widest Market available in Canada.   To assist you designing new items we utilize state of the art Desktop publishing, digital imaging to full color production; access to good creative artists and expert knowledge of the Canadian giftware and tourist industry.
